Dr. Josef Černohlávek studied in 1988 - 1993 Law faculty of the Charles University in Prague and after graduation worked as a junior lawyer.
He became an attorney at law and a member of the Czech Bar Association 1996 and since 1998 he has been practicing his own legal praxis in the law firm Ürge & Černohlavek.
